Good doctor, I was stuck in the hospital all night they could not figure out what was wrong. I was sent home with "non-life threatening" symptoms (I felt that I could not breathe). I went straight to Dr. Cummings and he had it figured out in 20 mins. I was better within the same week. He cares about his patients and saving them a few $ at the doc!
Went to Lewis Gale hospital back in March..had been throwing up for months. That day 12 hours straight. They sent me home said i had acid reflex. Went to see Dr. Cumming had the right test done and found out i had a bad Gallbladder with a Gallstone in it the size of Golfball. Dr. Cumming don't play... Hes a good doctor. Saved me.
He has been our family Dr for over 23 years He and his entire staff are incredible.So many times he and his staff have gone the extra mile for me and my family.I cannot express the love and gratitude I have for them.Not only are they all committed to enriching and healing their patients they truly care about you.and your quality of life.They stood by my mother and me during her final days.I would have been so lost without them and their support.IThank God for Dr Cummings,his family,and his wonderful staff.
Dr. Cummings is great Doctor but the office manager Debbie is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met. She does not want to help you and seems to hate life and her job. When you call the office she answers with "Dr. Cummings Office, hold please". Never gives you a chance to even speak and say yes before you are on hold. And the hold times are unreasonable. When my insurance company and I called the office together she consistently cut us off and spoke over us. This is not the way I was taught to treat people in a customer service position!
If i could rate Dr. Cummings office on a scale of 0 to 100 id rate him 110. He has been my dr since I was little. He is. Absolutely amazing. His staff is exceptional as well.
